The Vietnam visa cost may vary depending on the way you opt to apply for your visa to Vietnam, as well as the visa type you wish to obtain.

Important Note:

1. For customers who haven't submitted their visa before, we offer assistance with the process for a fee of 25 USD. This fee is mandatory as per government requirements.

2. We do not accept all nationalities for emergency visas, so please contact us for the best support.
   
3. Prices above are reference prices. For some nationalities that are on the list of difficult visa approvals to enter Vietnam, the price may be slightly higher. Please contact us for the best quote. You can check the list of nationalities with difficult visa approvals [here].

4. Emergency visa is only applicable if the applicant's registration form indicates Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) as the arrival airport. It does not apply if the arrival airport listed in the registration form is Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi). Of course, you can enter Vietnam through any airport, regardless of the information provided in the visa application. If you have already indicated Hanoi as your arrival airport in the application, we will need to submit a new registration form for you, with an additional cost of 25 USD.

How much is a Vietnam Visa on Arrival?

To get a Vietnam visa on arrival, you will need to pay two kinds of fees:

1. Service fee (also known as visa approval letter fee or application fee): to be paid online at the time of application to get visa application processed, your visa approval letter issued and delivered to your email.
2. Stamping fee: to be paid in cash to get Vietnam visa stamp on arrival at the airport

Important notes for cost of Vietnam visa on arrival

1. The service fee varies depending on the type of visa you want to obtain, the number of applicants in your groups and also how fast you want your visa approval letter processed. See our detailed guide on how to pay your service fee at  payment guideline.
2. The Vietnam visa stamping fee is fixed by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance and must be paid in cash. No credit card is accepted.
3. The visa stamping fee can be paid in USD, VND, AUD, etc. but USD is highly recommended to avoid unbalanced exchange rate.
4. You should prepare an exact amount of stamping fee payable at Vietnam airport.
