DAY 1: HA NOI - MAI CHAU (L,D)
- 07:00: Pick-up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to go to Mai Chau. Pass by Thung Khe Pass for a spectacular view of Mai Chau Valley
- 11:00: Arrival in Mai Chau homestay and check-in
- 12:00: Have lunch with local delicious food and enjoy some free time to acquaint yourself with the villagers.
Afternoon
- 15:00: One of the highlights of our tour is the opportunity to explore the remote villages of Mai Chau by bike. We'll ride through the stunning valley, taking in the natural beauty of the rice fields, mountains, and bamboo forests, while also learning about the local culture of the ethnic minority Thai people. We'll visit the Lac, Pom Coong, and Na Phon villages, where you'll have the chance to interact with the locals and observe their traditional way of life. You can explore the traditional stilt houses and observe local artisans weaving textiles.
- 17:00: Return to your stay for a rest or help prepare the evening meal to learn about the local food and culture
At night
- 19:30: Enjoy dinner with new and delicious special dishes. Time to rest after an active day in your private room in Mai Chau accommodation
DAY 2: PU LUONG NATURE RESERVE (B,L,D)
- 7:30: Have breakfast at Mai Chau. Enjoying the cool morning atmosphere of Mai Chau
- 8:30: Embark on a scenic journey from Mai Chau to Pu Luong
When you arrive at Pu Luong, Nature Traveler will trek through villages and enjoy nature and local culture.
- 13:00: Enjoy Lunch in the village and rest before we restart trekking, then drive back to Mai Chau.
- 15:00: Free Time in Mai Chau
DAY 3: MAI CHAU - NINH BINH (B,L)
- 07:30: Breakfast time
- 08:30: Go with a local Thai tour guide, we will cycle for 2km before starting the trek to visit more remote rural villages: Na Meo, Na Mo, and Xam Pa villages to see the rice terraces and understand more about their culture and customs
- 11:30: Back to the homestay, check-out and go for lunch
- 13:30: Leave Mai Chau and depart for Ninh Binh
- 16:30: Arrive in Ninh Binh, check in Hotel and relax
- 19:00: Dinner time and free to enjoy the evening in the countryside
DAY 4: NINH BINH - HA NOI (B,L)
- 8:00 - 9:00: Breakfast time and enjoy the morning
- 10.00: You will be picked up and visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, which is a religious complex covering a total area of 539 hectares, with both the ancient and the newly renovated Bai Dinh pagoda, parks, ...
- 12:00: We're heading to the restaurant for lunch (set menu).
Afternoon
- 13:20: Get on the van take you to Trang An harbor for the bamboo Boat trip to visit the AMAZING Landscape call Halong on land, Board the sampan boats (2 to 4 people share a boat) traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves; Hang Toi (Dack) cave, 320 meter long, Sang (Light) cave, 90 meter long, and Hang Nau Ruou (Cooking wine) cave, 250 meter long.…. Every passages bring new surprise of mystery hidden inside isolated valleys of tranquility that likely transformed to the other world and time. The fauna and flora are rich, and a scene of a goat jumping from one cliff to another is a common sight.
- 15:30: Visit Mua Cave, we can shorten the time visiting other destinations, then take you there. Complex, which is known as one of the muses of Ninh Binh, because at the top of Cave you can have a most realistic and vivid panoramic view of Ninh Binh with fields
- 16:30: Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi.
- 18:30: Arrive in Hanoi, drop you off at your hotel or private address in Hanoi. Trip ends. Thank you so much
