PU LUONG - KHO MUONG CAVE - HIEU WATERFALL - TREKKING

Morning

8:00 : Pick up at the hotel in Pu Luong

8:30 : Embark on an 8 km trek (approximately 3 hours) into the heart of Pu Luong Nature Reserve, where you can explore the region's stunning trails, suitable for all skill levels. Follow small roads that wind through verdant rice terraces to reach remote rural villages inhabited by the Black Thai minority group, allowing you to gain an intimate insight into their daily lifestyle. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to visit Kho Muong local Cave, the largest unspoiled cave in Pu Luong, and be amazed by its natural beauty.

12:00 : Local lunch to refuel your energy after the trek.

Afternoon

Board to the car, you'll visit Hieu Village and begin a moderate or easy trek. Follow the small road and trails through the stunning rice terraces, jungle, and surrounding landscape to reach Hieu Waterfall. Take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the waterfall and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

14:00 : Through the natural wonders of the region, you'll also have the chance to trek in differnent villages Chieng Lau, En....and observe the giant water wheels that are a feature of the area's traditional agricultural practices The water wheels of Pu Luong are picturesque and functional structures, typically crafted from bamboo and wood. ( depend on the weather, If ut was heavy rain or floods some days before, the waterwheels are not availabe. They harness the power of flowing water from the streams and rivers that meander through the region.
